His executive background ranges from being the founding director of Inmatrix Pty Ltd to also being chairman of Pearl Finance Australia and director of Lempriere Capital.

As the founder of Inmatrix, Alan developed financial analysis techniques that have become a global standard for businesses, CPA’s and banks. These techniques are now being used in 30 countries by over 20,000 customers and leading banks including the NAB, ANZ, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Bangkok Bank, Maybank and the Royal Bank of Canada. In the USA, approximately 300 banks have implemented Alan’s techniques to review company performance.

As a co-author, Alan contributed by writing the financial component of the global best-selling book “Scaling Up” by Verne Harnish.

Working across Europe, Asia and the USA as an accomplished speaker at seminars and conferences, Alan has a wide-ranging experience and understanding of global banking operations. A passion for analysing critical business requirements, he is highly skilled in identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities, formulating strategy and implementing subsequent innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Alan’s concentrated business savvy has also assisted a large number of Australian companies to successfully raise debt finance from the major financial institutions to over $1.4B to date.

Alan was awarded Best Speaker in Australia for TEC, the world’s largest CEO forum, and has been invited as a guest speaker at many CEO conferences globally, including the USA where he presented to over 3000 leading CEO’s in 2015/2016.

Alan is a highly recognised speaker and a keynote presenter for the Entrepreneurs Organisation including regular presentations at their Entrepreneurs’ Universities in Tokyo, Berlin and Boston MIT.

Alan has also completed in excess of 200 business plans for major public companies and large private enterprises.
